About That Battery
The LiveWire® comes equipped with the Rechargeable Energy Storage System (RESS) high-voltage battery, which is composed of lithium-ion cells in a cast-aluminum housing. When fully charged, the RESS can give you about 140 miles of city riding or 88 miles on the highway, depending on your riding style and the weather conditions.
When it’s time for a fresh charge, you have two options. Using the onboard Level 1 charger, you can simply plug the battery into any household power outlet. This method gives you a full charge overnight. Meanwhile, a public Level 3 DC Fast Charge Station can give you a full charge in just one hour.
High-Voltage Performance
